Tread Types

We can currently offer 3 different tread types. Whilst you may think its just a case of which type is the cheapest or which looks better, your mistaken, each tread type serves very different purposes. They are produced in very different ways, these treads can be added to most of our products and do not add any additional time onto the manufacturing process.

Punched Metal
Our Punched Metal treads have perforated holes, punched in an ergonomical design. They have been punched in this way to offer absolute maximum grip when in use. Mostly used in warehouses where users wear sturdy work or military style boots. This tread is hard wearing and long lasting.

PVC Anti-Slip
Our Anti-Slip PVC treads are a stick on strip of high grip material, once the PVC is adhered, it doesn't come off very easy at all.  The PVC treads are the best option for use in shops and offices as the grip is designed for users wearing soft sole shoes.

Rubber
The Rubber treads are currently available on our 'Narrower' ranges! The ribbed pattern makes these treads non-slip and perfect for medium to heavy duty usage. Appropriate for use in office buildings, schools, hospitals and high-traffic retail stores.
